“Previously ordered Windows related items without issue. Order a game yesterday and following link for code doesnt work. Support intermittently just dont reply after sending instructions to try and sort and have to follow up again with them. For the £5 saved i wish id not have bothered at all. Jumping through hoops to get the code or a refund.”

“Once again, a painless process to purchase software at an excellent price. I needed a copy of Visio 2024 professional in order to do some screen design for a new application that I'm coding.
