“Purchased a Microsoft Office key, worked for two months, then Microsoft flagged it as an invalid key. Reached out to CJS customer service, they instructed me to purchase another key from them and sent me their scripted installation steps. I explained I had already purchased a key, activated it successfully, and that it was no longer working. Their response was the same as previous verbatim as if speaking to a robot. I asked them to refund the transaction, they stated they could only do so if they successfully resold the key, so I’m now obligated to carry the cost of their virtual inventory until the next victim takes the bait. Don’t waste your money.”

“Service was okay. I bought a key for football manager 26 and the game is absolutely terrible. Gave up on it after a couple of hours and will never go near any football manager game again, they've completely ruined it. Because I bought a key, I cannot get a refund, hence the low review. They should have some kind of system in place for refunds. If I'd have bought the game through steam then I would have got a full refund.”

“Ordered 12 months xbox game pass core and the standard edition of arc raiders. Codes were sent almost immediately and were simple to redeem following the instructions in the email. “Unfortunately, I cannot rate you yet. Our correspondence regarding the purchase of a new key for activating Windows 11 Enterprise is still ongoing, because you sent me the same key from the first purchase for the second purchase. I would have expected that after the error that occurred, you would have sent me a new working key. How simple and easy it is to fix an error without deep philosophy. I paid for a new key, but I got the same key from the first purchase again.”

“Most keys I've had from them worked first time. The last one had an issue. Support got back to me straight away although they seem to have overlooked my screenshot (maybe that was an AI or tired human). When I replied again they were very apologetic and provided a replacement key immediately. Very happy with my dealings with this company.”
