“I never received the item. it was advertised as a steam key instant delivery but it turns out they had to send the game as a gift which i never received i tried to reach out to support but after 2 days of no answer i initiated a paypal dispute. A day later i received a message they would give me a full refund. I gave it 2 stars because i have bought a couple of discounted games before and I didnt have any problems so im not sure what went wrong this time. I was trying to save $4 but all the hassle was not worth it.”

“Very bad customer service. I was a customer for 4 years until yesterday. Will not buy anything else from them. Purchased 2 Windows 10 Home keys that did not work. They replaced them with an apology and those replacements also did not work. They are actually avoided me now and not responding to my complaints. PayPal dispute is next!”

“I bought Win11 Pro & Office 2021 combo but unfortunately the Windows keys did not work. I opened a ticket, was given instructions for troubleshooting, followed them to the T with no luck. After numerous back and forth 9 days later my issue is not yet resolved. I am totally frustrated with this Supplier”
