“The key I bought did not work!!! Customer support was pretty useless and when I asked for a refund I did not get much help!!! I have had to ask my bank to cancel the transaction as they were of no help!!! I WOULD NOT recommend them!!!!!”

“Terrible website, although the deals are good the awkwardness of the activation key and not being very PC friendly I found myself buying a subscription for a missive advert that was underneath the very small code for the deal I bought. Found a $40 transaction coming out in error due to this rubbish website”

“I purchased a Steam key from CJS-CDKeys, but instead of receiving a standard activation code as advertised, I was redirected to Plyxa.com to collect a Steam gift. This delivery method was never disclosed at the time of purchase, and I would not have chosen this platform knowingly. I tried to activate the product through Plyxa, but I received an error and the game does not work. For me, this is a misleading and unfair practice: the product delivered does not match the description. I am requesting either the actual Steam key or an immediate refund. As it stands, I strongly advise against using this site for anyone looking for reliable and transparent Steam keys.”

“The key worked, but their customer service is dreadful. advice given by first agent turned out to be incorrect and caused an even bigger headache that they would not accept responsibilty for - no resoltion to date and just inconvience for the customer plus does not help they respond once a day only and dont fully read emails. For a "global" company they are terrible. If my issue ever gets resolved, with a please and thankyou, remains to be seen!”
