“Don’t bother, such a hassle trying to input codes. Can’t do it direct on the x box had to go via Microsoft account where it activated on my account and not my sons, so I am stuck with a subscription I don’t want and my son is gutted.”

“Bought 2 keys for MS Office 2016 standard, but there is no link to download the ISO or software just all the other versions. Opened a ticket which seems to have fallen into a black hole. Had no response other than an email to say... 'Your request has been recieved and is being reviewed by our staff.'”

“I received a code for a 12 month microsoft xbox subscription. We did receive the code and we were able to enter the code and receive a 12 month subscription. It appears to be working and it looks like the subscription is good for 12 months in my microsoft account. We were happy to be able to buy this subscription at a lower price compared to other retailers and microsoft.”
