“At first i was hesitant, and still was. The wait for maximum few hours, could also be a day. Be patient and you will receive a key. Customer support is amazing, so if you are still unsure, give them a ticket.”

“You can best judge a company by how they manage things when they don’t go according to plan. I purchased a switch access code (Zelda Tears of the Kingdom) some months ago that suddenly stopped working (probably due to a major software update on the console bringing in virtual game cards). A few emails directed me to live chat (should have started there) and within an hour the problem was resolved. Can’t fault the initial service and impressed by the after care.”
