“Bought 3 years worth of 'Xbox Game Pass Ultimate for Europe' (UK) to beat MS price hike. Paid with PayPal, received keys immediately (12 keys, 3-month subscription each). Every key worked without any issue following the instructions to redeem through account.microsoft.com/redeem. I now have 3 years worth of Game Pass Ultimate, saving me ~ £250!”

“Auf der Homepage wird damit Werbung gemacht, dass ich nach 1 minute und 13 sekunden meine Bestellung erhalten habe, was überhaupt nicht der Fall ist. Von Datenschutz mal ganz abgesehen (Vorname und Abgekürzter Nachname + gekauftes Spiel + Zahlungsmethode wird öffentlich für jeden einsehbar als Werbung für die schnelle Lieferzeit angezeigt) - muss ich mich jetzt mit dem Support rum schlagen, da meine Keys noch nicht zur Abholung bereit stehen. Wenn man schnell mal was spielen möchte wohl nicht die richtige Adresse. Das ganze dauert jetzt wohl noch etwas... und das Geld ist solange auch weg.”

“I got the key eventually which was a relief. But I ordered the key at 1603 the previous day and didn't receive the key until 730 the morning after. I was told it could take up to 2-3 hours to receive the key. I think more reassurance and getting better at managing expectations would help improve the trust of this company, as I was seriously thinking 'maybe I've been scammed' after the 2-3 hours passed by. I was not scammed however, and was happy to find a rare item I'd been searching for for some time.”
