“Preordered pc game. A few days later I get an email stating that my order has been cancelled. I also find out that they haven't refunded my money to PayPal, but graciously given me store credit. I bought the game through guest checkout. I won't be purchasing anything off this company again”

“Unfortunately the key did not work. I gave a 2 star because I received a quick response when I sent a request for help but after that only radio silence. I understand that the keys might not work all times, so I'm open to change my review if the team contact me and provide another key in a timely manner, otherwise I would like a full refund asap.”

“I have bought a code to redeem 5days ago and have been contacting them for the last 2days with nothing resolved. What can I do. I have a email from PayPal saying authorisation done but no keycode to redeem. Very frustrating 😕”
