“Really, really disillusioned, frustrated and critically delayed in getting my Microsoft 365 personal edition. I’m afraid the quote is “ everything did not happen as promised “. No reason given for failure to supply as promised – eventual non-explained refund – causing critical delays in instigating this urgent piece of software. Somewhat tragic knock on effects even despite eventual refund.”

“Bought a global 6 month tinder platinum key and was really unsure if it worked here in Canada. Turns out it did cost $80 instead of $190 or something crazy. Worked awesome, took some time for them to verify went through a manual fruad check or something. Within a couple hours it was good to go. Very happy 👌”

“This worked fine and the key was delivered immediately. Only issue is with the Microsoft Account page as they try to discourage this type of transaction and would rather sell you a subscription at twice the price of the key from CJS. Keep searching on the MS account page and you will eventually find the correct place to enter the key.”

“I regularly buy product keys, and this is just the worst experience I've ever had. The key I bought is faulty, and gives the error message (Microsoft) "TokenNotFound". I've indicated this with screenshots after following the exact procedures recommended by CJ CDkeys. In the Terms and Conditions, it is very clearly stated in several places that in case of a faulty key, they will facilate a refund or give you a new key. However, at this point (2 weeks of communication) it is clear that they are completely unwilling to do this. They keep referring to a phrase in the Terms of Conditions that states "Refunds and returns are subject to the Seller’s policies. CJS will assist in facilitating refunds and returns in accordance with these policies. Once a digital key has been activated, it cannot be returned or refunded". They just happen to omit that this is actually NOT the full phrase which is: "Refunds and returns are subject to the Seller’s policies. CJS will assist in facilitating refunds and returns in accordance with these policies. Once a digital key has been activated, it cannot be returned or refunded, except in cases of faulty keys, where we will facilitate a replacement or refund." I would never, ever, recommend to buy here. Don't risk losing your money. Worst experience ever.”
