“My recent purchase from comfort Works is terrible . The the construction is beyond sloppy and the fabric is flimsy and cheap. When i sent pictures to the company to show them the fit and how different the fabric was in both color and quality from the pictures they have on their website , they didn’t offer to replace or fox the problem but rather sent me on a wild goose chase of additional Pics and measurements . The soderhamn Sofa that I ordered the cover for is obviously a standard size. This cover is garbage . Beyond disappointed .”

Hi Ren, sorry to hear about the Soderhamn covers not working out for you. The additional pictures we requested are zoomed-out shots that we need to check the overall parts that do not fit correctly so that we can troubleshoot the issue better. What you've already sent us is good, as close-ups but understandably, that's not enough for us to properly check what has gone wrong and how best to fix this issue. We also noticed that you didn't get any samples of the fabric you chose beforehand to see them in person. Not ideal, for sure, as the actual appearance and the feel of the fabric are highly subjective to the lighting condition of your home and to each individual too. We do have a solution for that but we need to tackle the fit issue first (which is typically a replacement as per our store policy on our website). Hope you'll understand why we need those additional photos! -Melvyn from Comfort Works-

“Mark was incredibly helpful in creating a custom slipcover for my super old Pottery Barn sofa. I thought the fabric samples were large enough and definitely worthwhile getting to make a decision. For custom fit, the measuring tool was excellent, and I must have done a great job with measurements because the slipcover fits perfectly, with fine workmanship. Its made this relic sofa feel brand new, and I'm so excited to get more years out of it. Oh, and shipping was incredibly fast! Thank you! Highly recommend.”

“Wow! To replace my 12 year old, 9’ luxe RH sofa would have been $6,000…instead a new cream chenille slipcover has given us a whole new sofa for a fraction! We are in love and highly recommend! Delivery was fast, the fabric is high quality and it fits perfectly. Order swatches and transform your furniture!”

“My cover didn't fit my footstool. I tried to contact customer support through email and nothing. I tried their automated chat system and it says that my email wasn't found and redirects me again to customer support. I was very excited for these covers but I guess it won't work for my furniture.”

“I'm absolutely delighted with my slipcovers for my IKEA Ektorp armchairs. My two cats had done a number on the existing covers with their claws, making the chairs look absolutely disreputable. Too, the brown cotton canvas fabric with piping and pleated skirts just looked bulky and tired even without considering the shredding my cats inflicted. Since IKEA has long since discontinued new slipcovers for this model, I looked around for a minute to price out new furniture, but it simply made no sense to send structurally sound armchairs to the dump either financially or ethically. I was delighted to find Comfort Works for replacement slipcovers! After receiving fabric samples, I went with the Signature Velvet in Bayleaf without pleats or piping for a more tailored look. The slipcovers arrived faster than I would have thought possible and fit like a glove. Since I was hosting family for the holidays, I was so happy to have my living room look like a room furnished for people rather than for cats! I'd recommend Comfort Works to anyone looking to refresh their tired furniture. I'd especially like to commend Omar for his excellent customer service -- he went above and beyond to answer all my questions.”

“Received my PB basic loveseat slipcover. It is professionally sewn with above average zippers and seams.. It fits perfectly and the piping is perfectly sewn. I am so pleased that I found Comfort Works. The packaging also was very tastefully designed. Impressive company!!!”
