“Love our new sofa cover, really easy to put on and completly transformed our living room. There was a bit of a delay with the fabric I wanted but the communication was great and I was updated routinely on the timelines for delivery. Great products. Highly recommend”

“In addition to what appears to be an extremely finely crafted slipcover that looks and fits great, we were also very impressed and pleased with the excellent customer service (Samantha). Hopefully we don't need a new slipcover for a long time, but if/when we do, I will not hesitate to contact Comfort Works again! Great company, great service, and a great product!!”

“Originally I was getting bit despondent, because it took so long to arrive, but once the covers arrived I was very pleased with the quality & perfect fitting, beware you might have to pay import duty, which I wasn't made aware off, however they agreed to refund for that, but overall very happy with the product.”

“What a great concept. Instead of tossing your sofa, get this new covers. Good way to teach our children about not filling our landfills with things that still have life on them. I prefer this company. Looks good.Great customer service.”

“Dear Sarah & Team, besten Dank für den großartigen Service von A-Z. Von der Bestellung der Stoffproben bis zur Erstattung der Zollgebühren hat alles geklappt wie versprochen , ich war stets auf dem aktuellen Stand der Bestellung, und jede Mail wurde innerhalb eines Tages in Deutsch beantwortet. Die Bezüge kamen gut und liebevoll verpackt im fernen Deutschland an, die Qualität des Stoffes ist hervorragend wie erwartet , und die Näharbeiten sehr solide und robust ausgeführt. Beim Beziehen und Aufbau hat mir mein Schwiegersohn geholfen, für den es wahrscheinlich auch kein Problem gewesen wäre, es alleine zu machen 😀, aber ich hätte das nicht vermocht 🙈. Also, wer handwerklich etwas geschickt ist und kräftige Hände hat, kann das m. E. auch alleine hinkriegen. Ich freue mich jetzt über ein Sofa wie neu und empfehle euren Service gerne weiter. Liebe Suzan, vielen Dank für dein Lob und deine Bewertung, dein Sofa sieht wirklich toll aus! Unser Nomad Grey passt super zu deinem Fußboden. “I wanted a new cover but not new sofa so I was so excited to find comfort works. I ended up choosing a brown leather-ish look and it looks great. They took some time to make it and delivery maybe 6 weeks? I knew it would take time and I will def come buy from here again for the same couch or the other furniture I have. ;)”

“Very poorly manufacturered. They charged me extra for a "snug fit" and then didn't send a way to attach it to the couch. The cover for the ottoman was not manufactured correctly so I can't use the storage compartment anymore. The covers for the back cushions do not fit. I emailed them my concerns and was advised that I could return paying for shipping internationally and $250 even though it took them 4 months to ship when their website lists 2-3 weeks and the cover was so poorly made. Please do not go into business with this company they are extremely dishonest.”

“Todo perfecto de principio a fin. El envio fue bastante rápido y el empaquetamiento muy bueno. Tela de calidad igual a la de las muestras y ajuste en el sofa perfecto y facil de poner. Incluso la devolución de la tasa de aduanas fue rápida y sin problemas. No puedo más que recomendarlos”

“Upon receiving my 6 slipcovers for dining chairs, they did not fit. After weeks of waiting, I was very disappointed that the product I ordered did not have dimensions as expected thus more waiting and communication with the company. However, the customer service was superb. Comfort Works re-made my product at the exact dimensions of chairs I had in my home at no additional charge. They arrived and fit perfectly. I am very grateful and impressed!”
