“Expat friendly! This is the second time we've ordered a replacement cover for our Kivik sofa from IKEA. Our last was leather and it was beautiful and held up for years! Our kids finally truly destroyed it (one got at the leather with scissors and the others picked at it from there...long past any warranty and Soooo not CW's fault!) And now we got the clawproof blue velvet and can't wait to get it on. We had our first delivered when we lived in Malaysia and this time we live in Kenya and had it sent to the states so we can bring it back with us to Kenya. Also, there was a mix up this go round and we got sent a white linen cover first (it's gorrrrgeous by the way...but maybe not the choice with kids like ours. HA!) Customer service return service and reimbursement for us having to ship the white cover back was a breeze. Zero trouble at all. They even went ahead and shipped the correct cover before we were able to ship the wrong one back. It was so simple and delivery was fast, even in corona-shipping times. We highly recommend!”

“I bought a cover for my 1.5-seater chair and later additional arm rest covers. The covers are very well made, the fabric is beautiful. I wish I would have gone for something more cat-proof, unfortunately those don't currently come in colors that fit my style. But the nice thing is that I can buy a different one down the road and don't have to feel bad about throwing out a perfectly good piece of furniture just because the covers are damaged. Everything came clearly labelled so you know exactly what goes were. My two orders went perfectly so I didn't have any additional contact with customer support. Overall, I'm very happy to have found ComfortWorks.”

“We own three Kivik one seaters from Ikea that we pushed together to arrange as a three seat sofa. The original fabric coverings were getting old (and our cat loved to scratch them). So we bought three Kivik 1 Seater Sofa Cover Urban - Urbanskin Kramfors coverings from Comfort Works. We put them onto the Kivik one seaters today and its like having a brand new couch! Plus our cat doesn't like scratching leather so she's leaving the couch alone now.”

“We bought our covers for our Manstad Ikea sofa bed from ComfortWorks and we are delighted to say that we are in love with our sofa again. It looks smart, as new! The whole process was easy, we started with the samples. They arrived on time, there was a follow up email, but never pushy. After we choose the fabric (we went for the snug fit in Kino ash) we put an order. A couple of weeks later the package arrived in the time mentioned on their website, well packed and they update us on every step of the process. We did have some issues with the fitting, but the customer service was great and in the end we got a replacement . Ning deserves 5 stars. Always helpful, polite and friendly. Finally, thanks again Comfort Works team for our amazing cover and keep up with the great work!”

“A few months ago I took a look at my sofa, ottoman and chair and was sad - the fabric color just wasn't what I was feeling any longer. All of the pieces were in great shape so I didn't just want to get rid of them - lots of life left. I did some Googling and found Comfort Works and their great selection of fabric styles and colors. I found exactly what I was looking for. Comfort Works kept me updated on the status of my pieces as they were being created and then prepared for shipment - this was fantastic communication! My pieces arrived exactly as scheduled and perfectly pack and are incredible quality. I really like the inner tags on the pieces which clearly indicate what part of furniture the slipcover belongs with. My living room has been totally transformed and I am jumping for joy - it's exactly how I want it to look and feel! Thank you Comfort Works for an absolutely brilliant experience.”

“Just put on my new covers. I bought a set of two for the two love seats at the cottage. The colour is perfect and so is the fit. They were reasonably priced for custom made covers. Much better quality than the original IKEA fabric which was yellowing. Great customer service including a lovely personalized note when they arrived, saying they hoped I enjoy them. I would highly recommend Custom Works to anyone!!! Thankyou!”

“First, the customer rep who worked with me, Ning, was amazing! She was patient and when I struggled to measure things properly, she took the photos I had original sent and market what dimensions and angles needed to be measured. And when I didn't send them in immediately, she checked to make sure everything was all right. In other words, she held my hand through the whole process and was responsive, thoughtful, and extremely helpful. She made the experience top notch. And then the sofa cover arrived and I was thrilled. It is far, far better quality than the original from Pottery Barn. The material is soft and high quality. The workmanship is beautiful. And Comfortworks even sewed in a kick pleat. Our couch looks better than brand new. It looks better than what I could buy anywhere else. And the price was so reasonable. As you can tell, I'm thoroughly satisfied and will return again for their great work. Shout out to Ning, she rocks!”
