“Love the covers made by Comfort Works. There was a slight issue with fit on one of the pillows, but Chuck with CW worked with me to get them corrected and the fit perfect! Would highly recommend Comfort Works and their customer service!”

“Easy and breezy slipcover for our Ikea sleeper bed sofa. We needed something cotton, easy to maintain (kid-friendly), and something to brighten up the space. I will definitely recommend this source for slip cover solutions for my interior design/styling clients.”

“Was a bit wary of ordering,being abroad,but must admit they are lovely,fit better than ikea store covers. Perhaps should have picked a slightly darker grey,but will do fine.Many thank Tracy.”

“Ordering the samples was ok took forever to show up in the US - OK fine (like 3 4 weeks) used their weird order sheet ordered paid never heard back 3 weeks later got an email form an Omar (who according to google is in the philippines and a online assistant for the company) asking how my measurements were gong ?? What the What ?? emailed him back with the email with the order asked what the status was of order NOTHING Sent 2 help desk tickets to Comfort Works for clarification NOTHING who runs a business like this --- I have the email trail this is not some dope trying to bad mouth the business I mean damn - I just wanted a slip cover and at over $600 I can just go buy a new coach ffs”

Hello Ms Turner, thanks for your candid feedback and review. To start, we do apologise for the delay with the samples and if it felt like everything went downhill from there. When it comes to having slipcovers made-to-measure, it is a process which does require back and forth communications between our agent and yourself in order to create beautiful slipcovers out of the measurements of your sofa. I'm not exactly sure what our agent's location has got to do with anything, but he was doing what he could in terms of the above. I understand that you may have missed his replies to double check certain measurements but that's essentially the current status as of now. Only when we've confirmed all the measurements make proportional sense to us and our seamstress, then are we able to proceed with production. We're flattered that you think that one set of measurements sent to us is sufficient to make a set of slipcovers but the reality is that making slipcovers is far more complicated than that. All in all I do understand you're trying to get a slipcover and we're sincerely sorry for not meeting your expectations. As you're more aware of what this process entails now, and if you truly feel that you'd rather buy a new couch instead that is completely okay -- and we can arrange to cancel and refund your order altogether, just let us know. “The colour is lovely and the material is wonderfully soft as well (went for the velvet). It was a bit of a struggle to get the case on; but that is part and parcel of ensuring a snug fit! A really luxe product and I feel like i've done my bit for the environment in up-cycling my sofa rather than buying a new one! P.S. I've included a photo, but the quality is a bit shoddy...sorry!”

“This slip cover was made so much better than the original pottery barn cover. I have the worst luck with sofas. This cover changed my luck. It went on perfectly and the zipper/Velcro system is far superior to what the Pottery Barn provided. Love it!”

“I am embarrassed to say that this review should have been written few years ago. I alway knew I would write a review but life just got too hectic. So I apologize, Rachel, for getting this out so late. Comfort Works worked with me from measuring my couch to choosing the right fabric to getting it shipped to my doorstep. I had intentionally ordered a non-shrinking fabric but a year later when I washed them fabric shrunk and created a tear at the corner. Comfort Works was kind enough to replace the slipcovers with another fabric. I chose a cheaper but more durable fabric which I continue to enjoy. Their customer service and finished products are excellent.”
