Thanks for your feedback! Our Everyday Tweed Grey fabric is actually our most basic fabric which we feel is very comfortable actually - did you get fabric samples prior to purchase to see (and feel) your shortlist of fabric options? Nonetheless, this is the Friheten Loose Fit cover after all so it won't be easy to compete against the original, tailored upholstery that was stapled onto it. It might be subject and for what it's worth, we think it looks good! Nevertheless, we do understand your rating and how you feel about the product - thanks again and we'll definitely strive on ways to make the product better where possible. Cheers, Chuck

“Great communication. Some of my measurements were questionable and I was having an older Pottery barn chair slip covered. It took a bit of extra time, confirming measurements, but I really like the slipcover. Fabric is very soft. Highly recommend!”

“We love this company! We were so happy with our Ikea couch cover, that we ordered custom chair covers for our hand-me-down swivel chairs. I was nervous about taking the measurements myself, but Comfort Works walked me through it and was so helpful and patient. The chair covers look and fit amazing! And much cheaper than reupholstering. Will definitely use this company for as many more things as I can!”

“Housses reçues dans les bonnes dimensions avec un tissu de qualité. Tout a été parfait; des premiers échanges par mail, en passant par la commande puis la livraison. Les frais de douane dans la limite de 60 € sont même remboursés ! Le seul bémol, c'est l'empreinte carbone car les housses viennent de l'autre bout du monde ...”

“Service, product and Customer Support are great! Ordered some samples first and it is really recommended to check the fabrics and colors. Finally decided for the Urbanskin bycast leather to replace my Kramfors 3 Seater cushions that look great and renewed! The slight color difference is due to all the years my sofa had endured and surely the new ones will be a perfect match quite soon.”

“I received my new cushion covers in the denim color. I was so excited that the arrived earlier than expected! My friend was visiting and I asked her to help me put them on right then. She snd I were so amazed at the quality! I want covers in every color! Thank you for bringing my Ikea Lilliberg back to life!”

“When I found out that Ike’s no longer made the covers for my dining chairs I was at a loss because my 2 cats kept destroying them.. so I was more then pleased when your company came with the solution.. the ordering was simple and they arrived even earlier then I expected! They fit beautifully and the fabric is of good quality.. the only down is that they are about twice the price that I used to pay at IKEA.”

“Sofa cover fits really well, its very well finished and the fabric is as described - it also came really nicely packaged. The time between ordering and delivery was very short and there were plenty of update emails in between. The only thing you might need consider is the extra costs in import taxes if you're ordering from overseas.”

“I purchased the IKEA Beddinge cover and cushions along with two Henriksdaal bar stool covers to match. The material is velvet and feel of good quality. I had to steam the creases out, but the material handled it like a champ. I’m really impressed with the quality, and the quick delivery.”

“Produit de belle qualité, s'adapte parfaitement à mon convertible IKEA Karlstadt. L'emballage pourrait être amélioré avec une couche de carton supplémentaire sous le scotch d'emballage: en effet, le produit a été déballé (sans doute pour vérification par les douanes) et remballé par DHL, le scotch a été coupé avec un cutter qui a entaillé le sac contenant les housses mais heureusement il n'y a pas eu d'accroc sur les housses. Tissu très agréable, les finitions sont soignées.On dirait un produit authentique IKEA.”

“The covers are perfect. They were very easy to fit, they fit my 13 year old ikea sofa like a glove and they look gorgeous. This is the perfect environmental solution to buying a new sofa. It looks like new, it feels like new, but it didnt cost the earth. Many thanks I recommended you to everyone!!”

“Ich bin grundsätzlich zufrieden; der Bezug passt auf mein Sofa. Es sieht aus wie neu und ich freu mich darüber. Einen Stern weniger gibt es für die Qualität des Stoffs, der etwas dünn ist und aller Voraussicht nach vielleicht nicht sehr lang schön bleibt...aber warten wir mal ab. Customer Service war sehr ok und freundlich, auch die Gischichte mit dem Einfuhrzoll wurde gut abgewickelt.”
