“From the beginning of the process (the user-friendliness and attractiveness of the website to having all our questions answered promptly and thoroughly by your customer service staff) to receiving our new slipcovers, we have just been so impressed by it all. This is likely one of the best purchasing experiences we've ever had and we are even more impressed because of the quality and accuracy of the slipcovers created for us were done so using measurements we gave (non-professionally). Hey Sara! We are so sorry to hear that! The fabric of your covers, Luna Flax, uses a combination of linen and polyester, so while a mixed composition provides the best of both worlds (comfort and durability), some pilling is quite common (and inevitable) with these type of fabrics. “Delivery is accurate and fast, product is outstanding in quality. We even ordered two different colors and one of the customer service representatives emailed us to make sure if that was intentional or a mistake. Overall great service and amazing product.”

“Very pleased with our new Ikea sofa cover. It is made of good quality fabric, very well made with an excellent finish. Fits the sofa well, a tiny bit looser than the old cover but that is OK. It really feels as if we have got a new settee! Service has been excellent, lots of updates and very responsive to queries. It took exactly the time they predicted. Been meaning to do this for years. Glad I finally got round to it.”

“I was extremely pleased with the personalized service I received from this company. I ordered a sofa cover, chair and ottoman cover and the fit was excellent, the quality of the fabric first rate. Questions were answered promptly and I cannot rate this company anything short of terrific. If you are looking to upgrade your furniture with slipcovers from them you will be well pleased.”

“I got replacement cushions covers for my Ikea Kramfors couch and they were perfect. My jaw dropped when I put them on. I was honestly shocked how good they were. Our love seat will be next.”

“Purchased product: Sofa legs - white Absolutely lovely! From the very first contact with the website until this moment when writing the review. The experience was great! Very easy to order and finding the right stuff, easy check-out, fast delivery, great packaging, awesome products!, nice touch of having a hand-written thank you letter. I was skeptical in the beginning - would the sofa legs fit? would they actually look good? are they really like in the pictures?. All these normal questions like everyone else would have. But I took a chance and made the order. I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the package to see how well made are the sofa legs made and how beautiful they look. My couch looks 10x better now and chic :) I will consider in the future buying a cover as well. Thank you for the great products you make!”

“Misleading website. Quality is pretty good. Don’t just click through though. IKEA furniture looks identical and the photos look exactly the same. Names are also extremely similar only off by a couple of letters. Karlstad and karlanda caused a lot of confusion and a hefty restocking fee for me. when I spoke with someone about the photos being so similar they said they would follow up with their website designer but that I still was out of luck. I did end up getting the cover because I held out hope. It is good quality. Just don’t expect them to get everything right. I paid for two wireless phone charger pockets and was shipped a cover with only one. They refunded me the $40 but I paid $700 for a cover that isn’t how I wanted it.”

“We are thrilled with our new cover, the design is much improved from our first order in 2016 for our Stockholm Ikea sofa which was ill fitted the first go around. I’d recommend going for a more expensive fabric which we did this time. Shipping was easy and quick, great value for money. Really happy with the improvements.”

“I purchased a dark leather Urbanskin for an Ikea Karlstad 3 seater sofa. Arrived exactly on time via DHL. Took me a while to get the old fabric off and the leather on but I'm 70 so if I could do it I imagine anyone can. Looks and feels terrific. Couldn't be happier!”

“Wir haben uns vor etwa 8 Jahren das Ikea-Ledersofa Stockholm gekauft, waren damit aber eigentlich von Anfang nicht ganz zufrieden, weil der Lederbezug nicht so gemütlich ist. Vor einigen Monaten haben wir angefangen zu recherchieren, ob es Alternativen für den Bezug gibt. Firmen, die auf neue Bezüge für Ikea-Sofas spezialisiert sind, haben sich aber zurückgezogen, sobald sie gehört haben, dass es sich um ein Ledersofa handelt. Das Spezielle an diesem Sofa ist, dass die Kissen sich zwar abziehen lassen, der Korpus jedoch nicht. Schließlich haben wir Kontakt zu Comfort Works bekommen. Von Anfang an waren wir sehr angetan von der guten Kommunikation und der sehr individuellen und persönlichen Betreuung, trotz der großen räumlichen Entfernung. Wir wurden mit in die Verantwortung genommen, haben Bilder gesendet und das Sofa komplett vermessen. Nun ist unser Bezug da und wir sind begeistert. Unser Problem mit dem Leder haben wir wie folgt gelöst: Die Kissen haben wir neu bezogen. Den Klettverschluss zur Befestigung des Bezugs am Korpus konnten wir in der Tat nicht nutzen, weil das vorhandene Leder sich nicht lösen lässt sondern fest vertackert ist. Wir haben statt dessen die Füße abgeschraubt, den Bezug über das vorhandene Leder gezogen und vorne und hinten von unten mit Heftzwecken befestigt. Die Seiten haben wir lose gelassen - sie halten auch so gut. Wir sind rundum sehr begeistert vom freundlichen und kompetenten Service, dem guten Kontakt, dem Produkt und dem Preis. Jederzeit wieder!!! Großer Dank an alle bei Comfort Works!”
