“Ordered 30’ flex pipe kit. But out of stock. Comforbilt never told me. I had to call and get update. Poor service. Poor product support. I would recommend other vendors. Also, don’t buy their stove. Much better stoves out on market. Like Harmon. Pay for what you get. Totally disappointed in them. Also Gordon Clay needs to find another job”

“The little HP 40 works excellent. Easy to install. Had a couple questions about tech-support and they were extremely helpful and walked me through some steps. Would highly recommend Comfort Built Pellet Stove.”

“Stove only three months old have issues with noisy auger. Had a mini explosion inside because of igniter didn’t ignite several times called many times company sends me parts to fix my own stove, which is under warranty I refuse, do not buy even ask for a call from the manager or the owner. No respond.”

“I love the people that work for Comfortbilt. They are always there to help whether it is buying a part to trying to fix your pellet stove. I've had my pellet stove for 5 years and I've no major problems with it. It's my primary heat source for the winter months. Thank you Comfortbilt for everything you do.”

“The support at Comfortbilt is excelent. They have patiently answered all my questions, sent me supportive lititure and sent me parts as soon as possible with no mistakes. I wouldn't buy from any other company. Their stove is amazing, nice looking & reliable. Even the maintainance and occasional repair / parts replacements aren't difficult. Thanks for being there for myself and my wife.”

“Very disappointed in the stove...i have had the stove for a ltlle more than a year ..used approx. 7 mos. On my 4 th igniter...bearngs replaced..and some kind of relay disk replaced., and main power switch. I bought this stove because i thought it would be easier than hauling wood....its not. Its starting to act up again as i write this...THISSTOVE IS A LEMON!!”

“Parts were just as advertised. Auger is once again virtually silent. The upper bearing really did not need to be replaced, but as I had the part this was done anyway. It would be helpful to sell the parts as two distinct pieces rather than grouping them. This is especially true given the lower bearing is more often the culprit.”
