We haven't had the stove very long but so far it's been great!! Lived up to all expectations. Very quiet and does what's expected of it. Good value for what we paid!

We have had multiple pellet stoves. This one from Comfort Built is awesome. Puts out steady high heat with minimal effort. Wish we had this years ago. Best pellet stove on the market.

I purchased an HP22 Burgundycolor as well as ordering the exhaust pipe kit. The kit Pro Vent pipe was exact fit of course and easy enough to install. I love the PelletStove this far and along with the pipe kit, took only about 2 hours for install. The Eco program works great and allows the stove to cycle on and off for great efficiency. Perfect addition to my home. Throws great heat and is really easy to clean. Hopper does hold 55lbs of pellets as advertised so if you hear otherwise they must not be reviewing this item.

So far the appliance is ok. The sales people are terrible. That’s why I bought the new feet directly from comfortbilt. It was supposed to be brand new pellet stove but one of the adjustable feet was missing and three of the screws out of the back panel. So in short the appliance is good the sales person/store I delt with was terrible.

For the love of God, this is 2022, can you please make a control panel with a big enough display to see from a distance (IE Sitting in the room with the stove) and also make it connectable to the internet and or Bluetooth for phone control. Other than that, I love your pellet stove.... just really need to be able to see the display from the recliner to adjust appropriately.

We live in northern Wisconsin where it can be very cold. New purchase. Haven’t seen really cold weather yet, only mid 20’s, but stove has performed flawlessly. Keeps our 2700 ft2 home toasty.

Comfortbilt has the best customer support that I've had to use in years. Whenever I order gaskets, accessories or parts, they are right on the ball and get the orders shipped right away. Their tech support is also top notch and solved my vacuum switch issue two seasons ago. They had me back up and running after a phone call and a replacement switch shipped overnight. Awesome company 👍

Had to modify the plate that the control panel mounts to just to open hopper door. Still not happy with how far the lid opens. It puts the wires at too tight of angle.

Love my new pellet stove.Only complaint would be size of hopper and that it shuts off even though there are still pellets in hopper that don't seem to drop in from sides of hopper.

Got off to a rough start due to the first stove that shipped arrived damaged. Comfortbilt sent another out right away. I ordered the 4” flue kit when only the 3” was required. This was due to the elevation I reside at in Montana. I forgot to confirm if the kit came with a reducer fitting (3” to 4”, Duravent calls it an increaser) coming off the unit. It was only noticed when I started the flue to stove connection. After contacting Comfortbilt they sent one out right away at no charge. I put the sales person through the course and Comfortbilt came through each time. I haven’t had the need to contact the company for any troubleshooting issues or problems after startup. I have been an HVAC specialist for over 25 years. I was able to install the stove myself. I did have an acquaintance who owns his own HVAC company scheduled to help with the install but had to cancel due to the first stove being returned. I would highly recommend buying a Comfortbilt pellet stove.
