“Not very happy that my pellet stove was recalled and the replacement cost me $650 dollars. The salesman didn't care and just said he will send me a refund and not a replacement. I will choose better next time.”

“I have model HP22N . Keeps going through ignitors. My 1 year warranty is about up .They keep telling me there is going to be an upgrade & will send out the updated one to me & everyone else with same issue at no cost . Haven't heard anything.”

“These guys are the greatest! Always a pleasure to talk with and customer service is beyond reproach. Best damn stove on the market. This will be a purchase you will never regret. We bought 2 stoves a year apart. Loved the first one so much we bought a second! Keeps our 1600 sqft toasty and never have to run them above level 1. Saves a ton on pellets!”
