“Great stove and a company with integrity, something most companies lack. Still waiting on my ceramic igniter. Otherwise, love my stove. Did a lot of research before deciding on this one. I’m glad I did. I did tick the propane company off tho. 😂”

“Though I am still installing the unit, I am impressed at the design and quality of the unit. This will be the 5th pellet stove I have owned in my life, so I am not a newbie to the product or technology. What has mostly impressed me so-far was all the videos online that cover subjects I need to know. I was initially expecting to buy a competing product, but chose this when I compared it to the other one.”

“This is my second stove from comfortbilt! I have one on the first and second floor now. This hp22n is one of the best stoves i have used...it burns hot long and quiet. I have it on a 4" vent which i would recommend. The controller/brain is wonderful and again the value for this stove is unbeatable, customer service responds quickly and efficiently. There is absolutely nothing negative i can say about the product or the customer service! Buy it!!!!”

“Very pleased with the purchase of the HP 50 Comfort Built Pellet Stove. Easy to install as a DIY. Had a few issues with the operation of the stove, but calls to the Factory Technician resolved the problems easily. Would recommend Comfort Built products and the customer service agents highly.”

“Unit arrived with a damaged dust cover and they sent out a new one ASAP; Very impressive. We just got the heater up and running for our first winter season, but the intermittent squealing noise coming from what I think has got to be the auger is annoying as all get out! -- We have an email into customer service -- Hopefully they'll pull through like they did on the dust cover. :) -- As far as quality of build -- everything else is top notch...and let me tell you the HEAT this thing pushes out is great and WAY less expensive than Kerosene...the way inflation and prices have sky rocketed since 2020 -- this was a no brainer.”
