“I am very impressed with the customer service! Even though my first order was mixed up (I recieved and ashtray instead of an ignitor), the agent was very helpful and made the proper adjustments. I was also very happy that they sent me emails of how to light the pellet stove without the ignitor. Thank you!”

“the part I needed to hook up the exhaust pipe for my pellet stove worked well. It would be nice if they would let you know that you need this part for the exhaust when you buy the pellet stove in the first place because nowhere in the book for the stove or the exhaust kit I bought mentions anythnig about it”

“We bought our stove from the a few years ago Z’s our stove is a beast. Heats the whole basement on the lowest setting possible. We rarely have to turn it up. Ran it hard for 5 years before I had to order a new part for it. Customer service is great. Always has an answer to help fix it. The motherboard I ordered was hard to diagnose as it acted like a short but easy to install… even with little mechanical skills.”

“Tech support is great. On the other hand part needs work. I have called several times and left messages no callbacks from parts so I call tech support they answer or call back with in a hour or so even on Sundays when I send email. Very happy with our 2 stoves”

“Kind of forgot why I bought a comfortbilt. I have now had the stove for 4 years and no issues. Recently the control led went dead and ordered a new one which did not fix the issue. After a few calls with VERY helpful employees the problem was resolved before the season arrived. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE ..that's the reason I bought this particular brand . thanks again!!”

“Very happy with my pellet stove. Customer service with Comfortbilt was great with very friendly and technically knowledgeable staff available to address all issues. I also think it is great that Comfortbilt makes great YouTube videos for setting up and troubleshooting their product. It makes DIY troubleshooting very simple.”

“The stove i purchased is very efficient and quiet. I have been heating with a pellet stove for over 20 years and I am impressed with the Comfortbilt stove. My stove was shipped and the box was damaged by shipper, stove cover panel damage resulted. I called Comfortbilt and they immediately sent me a new panel, customer service is outstanding. I cant stress enough how impressed I am with Comfortbilt's customer service, just outstanding. The stove has exceeded my expectations.”

“The service and customer service experience has been very good. As for the performance of the stove I am extremely disappointed in the pellet consumption. I can't even get a twelve hour burn out of an HP22 with the extended hopper. I have two Lopi units in other buildings on my premises and get 24 to 28 hours burn on 1 bag of pellets. Comfortbilt unit is terrible even using low manual setting.”
