“It seems to be ok so far, but I feel that I shouldn't have had to replace it so quickly. I only used the pellet stove a couple months when the original seal started fraying.I had it for over a year though, before I got around to replacing it, so I don't think the warranty lasts over 1 year.”

“I bought a ph61 10 years ago !! It’s has worked more then my expectations. Any time I have a issue with a blower or pot I call them . They take care of any issues and trouble shot the problem over the phone ! 10 years 4 calls awesome.”

“We purchased the HP61 in bronze colour. We are newbies at owning a pellet stove. Our oil consumption has been reduced dramatically. We had a cold spell here for a bit and only used the pellet stove. It is just wonderful. It keeps the area we want very warm and some of the heat rises to the second floor and keeps the one-bedroom room plus the hallway warm. It is warmer in our house now than we used the oil heat. The customer service is just stellar. Any questions about anything with the stove and they will assist you. We use an oscillating fan to help move the heat plus a doorframe fan. I would most definitely buy the HP61 or any pellet stove from Comfortbilt. A fantastic heating source!”

“Love the stove. It’s quiet and puts out lots of heat. It does go through pellets faster than my old quadrafire contour. I also thought there was a provision for an external thermostat but reading the book there does not seem to be one.”
