“I installed it in my basement, which always was cold. With the pellet stove, the basement is warm and it warms the floors above, too. I add bags of pellets and the stove runs itself. I do wish the operation instructions were written more clearly and more completely. Even with that, operation of the stove is simple.”

“I am very pleased with my 61. I have owned for about 1 year now. One problem with a bad switch. Customer service is excellent. Just wish they had longer weekday hours and weekends,at least Saturday. 👍”

“We purchased the fireplace insert and it arrived with some freight damage. I called Comfortbilt and they immediately sent replacement parts and some touch-up paint. The unit was easy to install and after installation the temperature sensor was faulty, so I got in touch with them and no questions asked they sent a replacement. Put that in and the unit has worked without a flaw since. We love how it keeps the house warm and is so easy and quick to start. A little bit noisy when the fan is on, but the great heat is worth it. Wish we purchased a long time ago. Great Unit.”

“Bought a HP 50s. Used. Installed myself, easy got permit and everything good. Turn it on and it works perfectly. So happy. Its between 15-25 degrees every night 30’s in day. Keeps my house toasty and warm. Works beautifully. Uses 1 bag pellets every day and a half.”

“The stove is very beautiful, there was a problem with my delivery where the stove was left outside and I had missing parts and problems getting it running due to the condition it was left in, but comfort Bilt made it supper easy to communicate, and they issued replacement parts for everything I need it they are super helpful with questions and customer service is a five out of five when my stove works. It’s beautiful it warms my whole house more than I expected. I had a few bugs in it, but that was not the fault of comfortbilt.”

“Excellent machine, wife and I love it. Doesn't heat as well as the old wood furnace, but a lot better at controlling the heat. Easy to install and looks great. Plus, with a bad back, I don't have to go out in the woods to cut firewood, haul it back with ants and bugs, then split it and haul it into the basement.”

“Absolutely love my HP22, I couldn’t be any happier, I use it as my only heat source and have a 2800 sq ft house in Wyoming. Customer service shines, I have a gas fireplace that I’m going to replace with another HP22 just in case I need it at some time, I use one bag of pellets a day since I installed it on November 15th, we’ve had below zero temperatures during that time. Excellent stove, two of my Ineighbor’s/friends have bought one in the past month. Highly Recommend”

“I purchased a hp22n stove along with the exhaust piping. The pellet stove works great and the price was reasonable. I would buy again if i needed to. I recommend the hp22n if you have a large home, with a somewhat open floor plan. It works great for our home. It helps cut down my gas cost.”

“I have contacted comfortbilt.net on several occasions. Their service dept has always responded promptly to any questions, and even included pictures, about any repairs. The parts dept is prompt as well. I have 2 comfortabilt hp22 pellet stoves. 1 in the basement which runs about 6/7 months out of the year. And 1 in the living room, upstairs, which runs during the winter months. Comfortbilt are GREAT stoves. I have shutdown my oil burning furnace .... Especially with today's SKY HIGH heating oil prices”
