“Excellent. The young lady was extremely patient and helpful and stayed on the phone whilst I went through my form. I couldn’t access my customer portal as although I did advise of an email change your assistant said that it hadn’t synchronised for some reason. She sorted that for me too. She was calm friendly and helpful.”
