“I just needed to cancel my existing policy, as I had bought a new car. The new car was quoted for but I was able to find it cheaper elsewhere. A shame as I had been with OneCall for many years and had a great experience with them. AM3 who I dealt with on the online chat function was really helpful at sorting this for me.”

“It's not going to be enough saying thank you to Miss EK2 for your customer service. I was about to cancel the insurance with you when I called you couple of times and saying someone will call me back. It was very urgent for me. I just wanted to have a last go. It was Miss EK2 who answered the call and just sorted everything for me. Thank you One Call to provide me the best customer service. I called few other insurance company but I found your one is very easy access. Online portal is cool.”

“I couldn’t complete my car change online so had to phone (to find a contact number was not easy). The call handler FF2 was very helpful, managed my query with ease, updated my details, and informed me of road side assistance but unfortunately I am already with RAC. Very pleasant, informative, highly commend FF2 as a representative of the company,”
