“I spoke with LN1 today about my policy for my renewal but unfortunately it wasn’t as cheap as the quote I received from another company but LN1 was very helpful and really polite he really went above and beyond to help me keep doing what you’re doing young man”

“Phoned wrong section first and was given very politely new number. Lady I spoke to was very polite and dealt with my query very quickly and to my satisfaction. A very good customer service and very reassuring that I am with a proficient insurance company. Thank you”
