“Didn't have to wait long for a response, there was no hard sell during the process. As a new price was offered which suited my budget more then it was easy to make the decision to stay.”

“Had a live chat with mb9 today. Was very helpful in finding me a cheaper quote then the one you sent to my portal. Annoying that I could be found a cheaper renewal quote when saying I want to leave compared to the renewal you sent me out 2wks ago. However this is not mb9 fault, they were extremely helpful amd clear with any questions I had”

“I had excellent service with JB6 yesterday. She handled both of my queries with great patience, professionalism, and courtesy. Her polite and attentive approach made the whole interaction smooth and reassuring. My only suggestion would be to make a contact phone number more readily available by default—it would make things even easier. Aside from that, fantastic service!”
