“Caitlin (co4) was as helpful as she could be via the live chat function whilst trying to solve adding my late father-in-law’s vehicle to my existing insurance. She was polite throughout and sensitively offered condolences. Ultimately it was impossible to do what I was asking but only because the company insuring my vehicle would not allow the temporary changes I wanted, not for lack of effort on Caitlin’s part; she did everything she could, hence the five stars.”

“Emily reassured me kept me calm whilst waiting for my documents to come through, this woman went above and beyond standard customer service, i have used one call few times before and have never had a problem with them on comparrisons this was the cheapest i did struggle (not being a youngster) and emily guided me all the way through and i really felt she was there for me , her bosses should get her to show how a caring job is done , thank you so much emily and one call x”
