AA4 - Paige rebroked the renewal of one of my classic car policies, dealt very well with a query on the applicable cover whilst the vehicle is with a classic car restorer and clarified my queries re the applicable endorsements and scope of cover and use of own repairers. All in all a very good experience but I don't think Live Chat replaces a phone conversation as important details can be overlooked by both parties. That's no reflection at all on Paige and the way this renewal was dealt with. Many thanks.

Recommend on all levels. Been with them so long I can't remember when I joined. Megan (MF7) was the person today. Renewal was coming up so she helped greatly. Slightly cheaper and competitive price. Kind, friendly and prompt as much as you can be on live chat. I have home insurance and the wife has her car insurance with them.

Le6 Leanne was the reason I stayed with my insurance provider her kindness her above and beyond attitude to help and sort problems and questions out.which more people were like her 10 out of 10 this is how service should be she said she would phone she did . As I was still waiting for a call from another adviser .
