The customer service person ME8 (Madison) was great. She walked me through all the things I needed updating on my car insurance. That includes, address change, additional use of commuting, wife job and parking changes. Very helpful and quick to update these and provide me the cost of these changes in a clear manner. Adam helped me on an online chat (AW1)and was patient and helpful. I had tried to call the phone number but it doesn't work (which was rather frustrating) but Adam was very helpful so the online chat was good and I made the changes I needed to make to my policy.
