“Other than it taking and age to locate your customer services telephone number (I had to phone one protect to obtain it in the end), the service provided by Lawrence LN1 when I did get through for help, was very good/professional. All of my questions were answered and followed up accordingly and my refund issue has also been addressed. Many thanks.”

“The customer service advisor Josh was helpful. Despite it being difficult to find the information I needed he tried his best and has sent a link to upload from. If this works great! If not it won't be from the lack of his help more because of the lack of information available to him. If you are thinking of insuring your Classic car with them possibly think again. The system doesn't appear to be set up to allow for an Agreed valuation despite online information to the contrary.”
