“AS3 took my query - during the England game too - so kudos Anais 👍. He couldn’t have been more helpful and patiently answered all my (many) questions. The attention to detail I experienced from AS3 was really good eg tools in transit and breakdown info. I went from having lots of queries to having lots of answers. Sadly he couldn’t beat the price offered by a competitor in the end but I did wish I could have given him the renewal on effort! Not often you experience such fabulous customer service. He’s a star ⭐”

“The agent who dealt with query was very good and efficient but I am not happy with One call Insurance as an insurer who could not offer me a competitive quote for my new car. My new insurance with another insurer was £2300 cheaper than the quote offered by One Call and it will make me think twice about using them again in the future. The car was an imported Chery hybrid from the group in China yet insurers in the UK do not seem to be able to satisfy their customers with reasonable quotes for these vehicles you need to look at your business choices.”
