“Using the "Chat with us" facility, JG4 provided a lot helpful advice allowing me to resolve the problems with our car insurance. Thank you Jodie! However, the premium we ended up with was very high and email correspondance was chaotic. We won't use this company again.”

“WP1 I had an online chat with this lady who was very precise and explained in detail how the pay as you drive process operates, as I was not sure how payments work. I would highly recommend one call insurance pay as you drive particularly if you’re not driving every day. This lady was so helpful, and courteous I found the online chat with her pleasant and supportive, she answered all my queries and even decided to use the gold star breakdown cover with one call insurance. I would highly recommend this company.”

“My policy was yet to commence but I need to make a minor amendment, I waited only a few moments before being connected via the online chat to Tabitha (TS4) who sorted it for me without any fuss. Couldn’t have been simpler, great customer service, let’s hope it’s sign of what’s to come!”
