“I had to renew my policy this morning, with One Call. I was very impressed with the whole experience: logging online, reviewing my policy, discovering that my monthly payments this coming year would be lower than last. I also had excellent service from the Online Chat service. KP2 was efficient, friendly and very helpful. Thank you!”

“I used WP1 to complete an online chat amendment to my policy. WP1 was very responsive and we were able to make the change to my policy and pay the additional premium all within a 10 minute period, extremely accessible, easy to do and very efficient. No waiting in long queues. Thanks”

“We’ve been with One Call for around six years now and have found them to be competitive. The app is easy to navigate. We received our quote then LE6.Leanne Warren-le6 rang and revisited our details before bringing the quote down. We get frustrated when prices are negotiable but this wasn’t the case - some details were updated which brought the price down (eg our older car isn’t worth very much!) No hard sell. All documents on portal. Very happy customers!”
