“This evening I have taken out my first policy with OneCall insurance. A competitive rate and the ease of website made the choice perfect for my van policy. On completing the policy I reviewed the documents and noted I had not got 'commuting' added. I accessed the chat facility and spoke with AD7 who literally got on it straight away. No long winded false pleasantries, no faff. Amendments made there and then, including updating the payment date. THIS IS HOW IT SHOULD BE! - Thank you Adam and well done for making an annual ritual of car insurance an effortless pleasurable one! (words not normally used in insurance purchasing!)”
