“I wanted to make alterations to my house contents insurance policy A lady called Charlotte Richmond (CR8) dealt with my request. The service she provided was excellent. She talked me through the possible options available to me and explained things in detail. I have a hearing problem and needed things repeated from tim to time. Charlotte was very patient and helped me understand. It was a delight dealing with her. I would thoroughly recommend One Call and its call handling service to anyone looking for an insurance policy.”
