“An unexpected call from my insurance company, but Ellie immediately put me at ease, and soon was telling me about my existing benefits, and politely suggesting new ones I might consider. There was no pressure, but some of her suggestions made perfect sense and I happily upgraded my policy to include them. It was a mutually beneficial conversation that I much appreciated 👏”
