“Chatted online to review my renewal price as I had received a reduced quote elsewhere. Kv3 was most helpful and we discussed in detail my requirements. She managed to get me a competitive quote and then a much better breakdown service package too. I've been with One Call for years and am now happy to stay with them, great customer service! Thank you”

“So far they have done a good job. But I found them difficult to contact. My previous insurance caused a problem by giving incorrect information. However during a couple of chats with their very capable staff, I resolved my issue. Credit where it is due. They have good staff. CB5 and LG3 are the references of the staff that deserve commendation. At present I can recommend them.”
