I was helped today by Jasmine "JM6" to change my car insurance details pending the delivery of a new car next week. I wasn't able to do the change via my customer portal so rang up One Call and JM6 was very helpful leading me through the process on the phone. Many Thanks!

Called with a fairly complex issue involving cancelling one policy and finding an equivalent/better alternative. Josh was quick to take on board the salient points and saved me about £150 in the process.

JM6 refers a good solid and efficient job as the NCD was made so awkward by Audi even to the fact it would take 7 days to amend the NCD and send it to me This would leave me further stuck as i would be unable to use my car for a further 7 days and as i am disabled that's bad news for me but Jasmine sorted it all out by expertise and common sense i highly recommend ONE CALL one other thing nearly £300 cheaper than most that sums it up ,many thanks again
