“I've just spent over 45 mins discussing my house and contents insurance with an adviser (ET3). She was very helpful and patient as I asked a lot of questions regarding the policy and changed my mind a few times. At the end of the conversation she was able to review my renewal and gave me a new price £50 cheaper than originally quoted.”

“SM2 kindly too my online chat and dealt with my request. It was all completed smoothly and I received the outcome I wanted. My feedback would be to offer the customer options & advise the difference costs initially. I had to ask the cost for the options available, & interesting it was more cost effective to add the additional drivers driving for a longer duration than for just 10-14 days. It would have been helpful that SM2 had pointed that out initially without me asking. Otherwise SM2 gave me the requested outcome. Albeit I do say the insurer is giving an inflated price & I appreciate that has nothing to do with SM2.”
