I unfortunately had to cancel my motor insurance policy but Tabitha (TS4) ensured that I was aware I could have a 14 day grace period and explained about the cancellation charges. She was very helpful.

Had a live chat with LH5. Due to not being able to swap my insurance from home to landlord I had to unfortunately cancel. He was very good to work with and explained everything absolutely perfect. Very good chat operator

EW2 - Elizabeth was very helpful with my queries and clarified her answers when I initially did not understand. When I initially went into the chat line I was immediately told that I was chatting to Hannah, when I typed in my question it then cam up saying that I was number 16 in the queue and it took several minutes to get to the end of the queue and raise my question. That was disappointing.

AM3 was extremely helpful in resolving the problem of changeing my current van motor policy to a car motor policy especially as there is no information on the Portal as regards this issue. AM3 was most concise and efficient and also very polite throughout .
