“EF3 on live chat this morning, was able to sort out my change of vehicle situation very efficiently. I was hesitant about using live chat for the first time but the whole process was very simple and straightforward. The call handler dealt with my questions quickly and without any of the expected complications.I was informed of the extra protection and given the details before proceeding with the purchase. Excellent service definitely recommend.”

“Very happy with customer service HH2 and ITS COMING HOME (even though I'm Scottish!) But would rather the company I had been emailed with a quote prior to automatic renewal. The online portal is not that easy to navigate for changes. But Holly was helpful and gave me relevant advice. Thanks!”
