JT3 was extremely helpful today. I oicked my new car up this morning and tried to change the vehicle details on the customer portal. However, car is new and just registered today and I was unable to do the change. JT3 came on live chat and resolved the problem. I am very pleased with service I have received today from JT3.

I changed my car today and tried to make the change of details on my policy on the customer portal. As the car is new and just registered today, I was unable to make the change myself. JT3 came on live chat with me and got this problem resolved. Very pleased with the service from JT3 today.

CURRANTLY ON THE PHONE FOR 58 MINUTES WAITING TO TALK TO SOMEONE. ALSO BEEN ON ONLINE CHAT AND 55TH IN THE QUEUE NOT GOOD FOR CUSTOMERS

GM2 was an absolute star today helping me with my car insurance. She managed to get me a great saving which I would not have gotten had I searched myself online. GM2 was very helpful, friendly and courteous and very thorough in her explanations and a pleasure to deal with. Thank you, GM2.

I was unable to log in to my account so contacted the company via the chat helpline. There was a bit queue (20th in queue!) but the assistant "TJ2" was extremely helpful and sorted out my issue. Thank you

Stevie (SS9) was refreshing because he listened to me when I explained that being 'old school' I have difficulties with 'Portals' & 'Apps'. Second nature to most these days but there's still a vast swathe of us (who haven't been put into a home yet!) who struggle with the speed of transition to a technological age that is difficult to manage. Not least of all because they're hard to read, tiny print on a tiny phone, hopeless. Stevie SS9 offered me solutions, which is as much as anyone can ask, so thank you to him - for once I felt 'heard'.
