“I was supported with my query by Platinum Adviser Lawrence LN1 who was extremely polite, courteous and very knowledgeable. Lawrence LN1 was very professional giving clear explanations confirming my understanding. I was made to feel that I mattered and was treated with kindness and understanding which all made for a very positive experience.
