“Thought it was going to be a painful process only having an insurance via a app and chat, but Faye (FP2) made the process extremely easy and quick, a couple of things that were confusing but Faye explained it would all be in the policy. Changed my policy to a new car within 30 minutes or so.. provided a great price with all additional benefits included. Thanks for your time and help.”

“I had a knotty problem with my NCD which was sorted out immediately by LE6 Leanne Warren-le6 Something I thought would take ages was resolved in a under a minute by Leanne in a professional and friendly manner. Very happy to recognise here efforts by posting here. Thanks Leanne”

“I have been really happy with the vehicle insurance from One Call Insurance. I needed to update my annual mileage and so did a quick search through my emails to find out how to log on to the customer portal - the link provided in the emails is extremely convenient and easy to use. I was able to access and download my documents efficiently. Although I wasn't able to update the mileage through the portal, I used the chat. The customer advisor, KS8, was very helpful dealing with my request efficiently and made offers of other services that may have been useful. Overall, I am very pleased with the service, price and advisor and would recommend the company.”
