One Call insurance have been great to deal with and their portal very easy to use and navigate. My review would have been 5 out of 5, except I feel the cancellation fee was quite extortionate (more than half of the refund) for a policy that had never been claimed from, with full no claims bonus and only 4 months left to go.

LE6.Leanne Warren-le6 Leanne was very helpful and retrieved a decently priced quote for my renewal. Thanks. Have all my classic cars insured with One Call insurance and hopefully will remain with them in the future too. Online portal is a good feature and customer service is also good...

Jack T was very helpful (which is why I have given 5 stars) but he was unable solve my problem of not being able to log in to the website which has been the case since starting the insurance. It appears after an hour on the online chat that there’s an IT issue..

The live chat agent Adam was very helpful and made my inquiry go smoothly. This was the second live chat i was in, the first one timed out just at the point of paying which was quite annoying. I was also offered 2 different figures for the amendment of my vehicle insurance. The latter being the cheapest by about £70 which didnt make much sense as every detail was the same as the first time i spoke to someone on the live chat.

Filled in the changes I wanted a quote for Online as directed, website told me to use chat. Filled in all the details again, only to find I was 36th in queue. Eventually got through to someone, unsure if it was a bot or a human, either way it was useless. Had to give all the details again, only to be told to click on a link for the quote which then vanished. Leaving me back to square one and an hour down that I will never get back. I cannot find a telephone number to call 'One Call', so Im now in limbo. Absolutely useless company with zero customer service - AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Good human response, got the answer I wanted. It would be useful to have a "save chat", so I have what you have said in writing as it were. One more thing: when I started queueing, it said I was 43rd in the queue. 20 mins later, I was 42nd...!!!! Then, Toni started chatting. I nearly missed this!

We've recently moved house and have had to change our address with numerous suppliers and utilities. OneCall were the only company that charged me. The charge was in excess of £72 for a few seconds work. We then had a letter and a text to say our policy would be cancelled and I had to contact them to ensure that it wasn't. There is no telephone number to ring - it all has to be done by messaging.
