Kirstine (KB2) was the only representative at One Call Insurance who actually did her job thoroughly and followed up with me to confirm the outcome of the discussions I had had with several reps at One Call. Since 10 Nov 2025 I have spoken to no less than 8 people at One Call in an attempt to resolve the errors evident on my insurance policy document. I also left requests for call backs, which never happened and finally had to use the complaint route to resolve the issues. Kirstine rang me on Tuesday 18 Nov 2025 and within two telephone discussions the matter was sorted, and early on Wed 19 Nov she had completed the matter. That is customer service. Kirstine has a bright, 'sunny' delivery on the phone which was a notable change from others I spoke to; who sounded completely disinterested with a bland tone. I would like to recommend Kirstine for both her amiable approach and tenacity to resolve my problem. Tricia Bendle

For the first time for as long as I can remember my renewal quote was cheaper than the previous year staying with the same insurer! Thanks to my advisor who actively helped me to take advantage of additional ways of saving like 3-year no increase on renewal fix price and 0% fee for 12 month direct debit payments instead of one payment! Thank you!

SP6 helped me today to swap over my car insurance and not only did this but also added a new service and managed to reduce the cost and secure that price for 3 years - brilliant, well done and thank you SP6 :)

I have just finished speaking with customer service agent TJ2. She was very helpful and we managed to resolve a problem very quickly. It couldnt be done through the portal and I had been trying to sort for a couple of days. She was efficient, helpul and friendly.
