“EK2 was extremely helpful in getting my deceased wife's name off my policy, agreeing with me that the Customer Portal showing an extra premium was illogical. She could not do anything herself about it, but called the insurers and promptly called me back confirming the waiver of any extra costs they had originally quoted. Excellent, friendly service”

“Taken me 20 minutes (once through to someone on chat) to convince them I just wanted to cancel my auto renewal. I was already 35th in the queue so was fed up with the hassle. Unfortunately for this reason I wouldnt recommend.”
