“SH1 was extremely helpful today with my upcoming house insurance renewal. Although I still prefer speaking with a person — especially at my age — I managed to get the support I needed quickly and without any hassle. The renewal price was improved to a level I’m happy with, and the whole process felt straightforward. I’m now in my second year with this company, and as long as the renewal prices continue to remain competitive, I’ll be more than happy to stay with them.”
