“Spoke with adviser CM1 today regarding changing my breakdown cover on my car insurance. CM1 was absolutely brilliant, explained everything to me and even went away and got clarification from the breakdown team on a point. He was efficient, professional and a joy to speak with, albeit on Chat. A real pleasure.”

“I contacted one call insurance today via the live chat system, my policy was set to auto renew but I needed to cancel the policy due to buying a new vechile. PS1 was efficient in dealing with my request and after I confirmed I had already started a new policy else where was quick to sort out cancelling the renewal and policy.”
