“I had the pleasure of discussing my renewal today with Karly (KS8) from One Call, via the online chat. She was very quick to respond to my questions, clearly and professionally. She was able to reduce my renewal price following some updates to my quote and I didn't feel pressured into buying extra services I didn't need. I've been very happy with One Call and have been a customer for several years, I would definitely recommend their Platinum Service to anyone looking for a competitive price with excellent additions as standard with the option to pay monthly for no extra charge.”
