“Insurance is a difficult thing to review as you don't know how good it is until you claim. Only thing I needed was the breakdown cover on my policy which was efficient and reliable. As my policy was up for renewal when my vehicle was off the road I had to stop the policy auto renewing. This was handled efficiently by Melissa in customer service. The updated quote was excellent and I will renew as soon as my car is back on the road.”
