Hi, I needed to update my policy and despite some delay Aidan got the job done. I also needed my pending renewal updated, this too was done. Efficient but tie consuming through the chat window.

The agent (TS4) was excellent. Very patient with my queries, no matter how complex they were. I could not be more pleased with the personal handling of the call. I'm not thrilled about the fees for cancelling one of my two policies, but I do understand them, thanks to the help from TS4.

I wanted to add my son to my policy as he has just turned 17. I was not able to do this with the automated forms for some reason so ended up using the Chat. The agent was very helpful and sorted out my details quickly and efficiently with no issues.
