“I had a conversation with two operatives today and I have to say that the service was outstanding by todays standards. My final conversation was with Ti2 and the help was prompt, polite and on point. I had to change my address and although did not like the £24 charge, all the information and choices with regards the policy offerings were more than helpful. The charges for the upgrades were really competitive had I required them. If I use the bike more next year I will upgrade. I have been with One Call for many years with several policies and they have been a real pleasure to deal with. No messing about and No long waits for help. Many thanks to you all.”
