“Phone lines were very busy so decided to go to the online chat. So easy to use and quick response. Karly was super helpful and advised me with everything I was asking. KS8 was the agents sign. She was so helpful and happy to help”

“Today I have finished another call with my insurance which for some reason they had me down to pay by direct debit rather than annual as requested. My call handler dealt with it and called me back when requested at the correct time. It’s always good to know I have been listened to and they completed everything without any issues on the second call. Call handler was Leanne Warren-le6”
