“"KT7" was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I contacted them to change my address, and to update my house insurance policy. They answered all of my questions, and explained everything that I didn't understand. It took nearly an hour to complete, and "KT7" was very patient with me. All the information I required from my insurer was provided and explained. I don't particularly like speaking to a person on a screen, and I have at times ended the chat, but I didn't feel the need to do this with "KT7". I highly recommend "KT7", because of the reasons I have stated above. I feel reassured that there will be no issues going forward, and if there is then I would know how to reach out for help - thank you for making everything so easy.”
