“I was just going to do your insurance on the computer with Go Compare when your colleague call on the land line, he was very good explaining everything so I did it with him with the same price as Go Compare, so thanks Charlie . to your colleague Charlie for his good work.”

“Sasha (SM5) was really helpful today, negotiating my renewal quote. I couldn't get on the platform to see my renewal quote - Sasha told me my quote and when I had informed her I had researched and found a lower quote, she was able to match it. Happy me, and happy OneCall Insurance as they get customer retention. My call was also answered really quickly, no hanging around on hold for an eternity. Many thanks Sasha. Happy with my renewal price. Now await for Cloudfare to sort their issues so I can get on the portal and view my policy docs.”

“JE assisted me with providing insureres with required documents and advising that policy could be better protected with a small additional cost that was to my benefit. Ruby assisted previous via tel conversation (too complex an issue for online chat) which was reassuring and allowed a way to resolve issue over a few days whilst being insured. British citizen assistance which personally i value from a company.”
