Concerning the Customer Service Staff member who dealt with my call. Username: PE2 Pat was very polite and helpful. I was arranging an Insurance Pollicy update for a change of car on my existing policy. Pat knew the entire process very thoroughly and communicated it to me very well. Customer service was great, I spoke to Erika who was really helpful understood my request and was quick to help. I have been reassured by using one call insurance on more than one occasion which has been great at times we need help and support.

Charlie was so helpful with sorting out my van insurance, he was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable, his customer service is second to none. I never can ve bothered to fill these in but I just was so happy with his service I felt I needed too.

I had to contact One Call due to an error in the price of my renewal. After a fairly long wait to be connected to Live Chat, agent JF2 dealt with my query efficiently. He took the time to look into the issue, and answered all of my questions. The matter was then sorted to my satisfaction, and the quote was competitive compared to other insurers.
