“Called to review my Home insurance policy renewal. Received a call back within 10 minutes and spoke to an extremely helpful Kaytelyn **KR5**. Talked me through the options and found me a more competitive quotation which I was happy to accept. Polite, courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly, Kaytelyn made me feel a valued customer.
