“I've had problems uploading documents on the portal with my Proof of No Claims etc for my car Insurance. (Sometimes the technology is a bit beyond my ability). I have two original letters from my previous Insurance Comp[any so am happy to post them to the company. I contacted Wiktor WP1 via the Live Chat and he was really helpful and answered my queries really quickly. I'm now happy that I know what to do next - Thank You Wiktor :-)”
