“TJ2 was very helpful just now to help me understand what was going on with my policy and my NCD. I was getting a bit anxious with a letter received regarding this but she explained it and advised that everything is okay. The letter stated my NCD was received after the letter was sent out advising that I have no NCD so premium had increased. This has now been updated so I can now relax. Thank you TJ2”

“I needed to get my proof of no claims and couldn't find it myself. I went onto the online chat and Tara J (TJ2) was the person I chatted with. They were super helpful and found the information for me very quickly. This was a huge help and avoided a lot of stress on my part. Excellent service and once my current insurance has lapsed I will definitely consider coming back to OneCall/One Click.”
