“Listen, I was fuming when I contacted you because of the massive jump in my home insurance and took ages to speak to someone… this could be worked on. But TJ2 was very accommodating and understanding and has just about saved you a customer! Very attentive and on it. Not like the person I spoke to last year. Give her a raise”
