“i spoke to your colleague KP2 today regarding a query I had on my renewal and my NCD. They advised me of a separate scheme to purchase my policy but I decided against that. they were very helpful and polite, and resolved my query quickly and efficently. I am satisfied with the service provided. thank you.”

“Customer service does actually exist, even via web chat! JF2 has helped me today with extreme patience and professionalism! He answered all of my questions quickly, and because of this I will now look to insure my house through the same company. If it was possible to speak to him again I would. It is not often in this day and age you find an agent who goes above and beyond!”
