i spoke to your colleague KP2 today regarding a query I had on my renewal and my NCD. They advised me of a separate scheme to purchase my policy but I decided against that. they were very helpful and polite, and resolved my query quickly and efficently. I am satisfied with the service provided. thank you.

Customer service does actually exist, even via web chat! JF2 has helped me today with extreme patience and professionalism! He answered all of my questions quickly, and because of this I will now look to insure my house through the same company. If it was possible to speak to him again I would. It is not often in this day and age you find an agent who goes above and beyond!

Aidan (AS5) assisted me in addressing the issue with my insurance that has not started yet, that due to an accident and my car potentially being written off has put notes on my account so that I will incur charges for swapping over to a different car, once purchased.

Just spoke on the telephone with LS6 regarding a refund on a policy I had just paid for and a policy on a different car. She was very efficient, friendly, kind and patient. Everything was sorted quickly and it was a pleasure to talk to her.
