“Advisor Ref: OW3 I have just finished speaking to the claims advisor at one call insurance. He was helpful and efficient and he explained clearly what was required from me for the claim as well as as claim progression going forward. Very helpful and pleasant throughout my call”

“Used the "Live Chat" feature to add on an additional driver to an existing policy. It was a fairly easy process although I had to wait approx 20 minutes for a person to become available. Once I established contact the transaction only took approx 5 minutes. Chloe (ce2) handled it well.”
