“BG3 was extremely prompt, polite and efficient in dealing with the cancellation of my motor insurance(only due to multiple fractures and unable to drive). A lot of companies, from experience, would try and do their best to somehow keep you paying for cover etc but BG3 was very understanding from the start and initiated the process immediately.”

“Spoke to LN5 this morning as I couldn’t log in to my account. She was quick, efficient and knew exactly what she was doing. No long waits in between chats and my problem resolved really quickly, hope I get her again if I need another chat she’s superb!”

“On having a telephone call from one call, reminding me my car insurance was due, and did i need any help? as its always hard to find the best insurance for me, hard and time consuming, and very frustrating. Leanne (LE6), helped me sail through it, looking for my best option. took less then a few minutes i would always recommend One Call Insurance.”
