“Just had a webchat with KT1, very helpful young lady and managed to sort out my question. I renewal for 1/3 more than the previous year, having other companies i could get the insurance a cheap as last year. Called uop one call and hay prestoe, they could match last years price. Why do insurance companies do this price hike, its not great customer service in the first instance. KT1 was very helpful”

“I was delighted to be advised by LE6.LeanneWarren-le6. She was very helpful and made me feel at ease. Sorting out insurance is not an easy take but she was so kind and caring throughout the process. And also to make it better offered a better price. I would definitely want to deal with Leanne again.”

“Be very careful, continuous pop up windows offering extra cost services. I declined all and bought the policy for £330. Entered my card details, confirmed £330 on my bank app. A few minutes later I was charged £100, without confirmation on my bank app. I’m still waiting a refund !!!”
