Annoying to wait and to go through all the questions. But when connected to an agent, it went well (Wish the first name was used on the chat though; I haven’t been called by my surname since school!)

I called today and spoke to co4 about an email I received about setting up a direct debit, I had already paid for the year and co4 amended this after a brief chat. This put my mind at ease.
