“I was very happy with KT7's help and support today and eventually the system/process worked for me; however on my portal it stated that payment would come out automatically. As this didn't happen, thankfully KT7 sorted it and payment was easy. I would still prefer to actually speak to someone!”

“GF1 has gone above and beyond her duties to do the best for me as a customer! GF1 is polite and can pass feeling of a caring, respectful customer assistant with attention to detail taking notes of my needs as a new customer working with insurance companies I identify her as an ace assistant dealing with people online and not hearing the voice only dealing with tone of the language written on the screen. GF1 could well be the employee of the month!”
