“Hi jasmine my granddaughter messaged you about my problem silly me I insured my house twice, you and Adrian Flux. One call 29 Jan which I had forgotten about Flux 16 sept on your advice tried to reclaim, checked my account today only to discover the bank declined £299 so it was not paid my card was frozen at the time,so good news.So apologies again from a lucky old man William”

“LG3 helped me put my new car onto my insurance policy. She spent such a long time on the chat with me as I was unable to do it on line. At my age I'm not so good with technology and I haven't used chat before. She was so patient, understanding and helpful. Though I was nervous to begin with II will be happy to use a chat again if it turns out to be as positive an experience as it was today with LG3 .”
