I spoke with agent MP9 to request my legacy No Claims Bonus, as I was previously insured with them but had stopped driving temporarily. She helped me understand my situation and was patient throughout all the questions I asked.

Ordinarily my Policy would've auto-renewed but even though I received the Renewal invitation in good time, it could not be processed as my payment card on record at One Call had been changed by my Bank due to potentially fraudulent activity by a Third Party Trader! This gave me adequate time to review the cost of the Policy before renewing. According to like for like cover offered by other companies my renewal cost was high. I spoke to Esmond (ET1) & he ran a new quote with uprated current rebuild cost & all other details unchanged. Very quickly & with calm efficiency Esmond was able to provide a revised sufficiently reduced quotation. The new document was forwarded to me well within the short timeframe he gave. Everything was as we discussed & the new Policy is now paid. Excellent Service!

I renewed my car insurance with One Call Insurance. Their quote was very competitive. My call was answer very quickly and politely by Paige (AA4) she was very professional and a pleasure to talk to.

Car insurance was due for renewal so spoke to online chat as not happy with quote. online chat operator MU3 was extremely helpful, had gathered a few quotes from other insurers, discussed my quote and eventually very satisfied with the final outcome. Thank-you One Call.

One Call Insurance were great to use. However, price for new year was triple the cost of others. I spoke with **NP3**, on the online chat who was helpful but just couldnt match Aviva! Who i have used before and are also great! Maybe better luck next time one Call :)
