I was looking to renew our car insurance policy and spoke with Leanne LE6.leanne Warren-leb, she was extremely polite and very patient with me, as I am slightly hard of hearing. Leanne was able to offer me a much more competitive renewal premium which I accepted after shopping around, this is my 3rd year running with One Call insurance. It was refreshing to talk to a person that was both helpful and very nice with helping me with our Car insurance renewal. I hope to call her again next year. Thank you Leanne, your doing a great job, please continue to offer such good service!

I needed help to change my direct debit date, customer service agent RW2 was absolutely brilliant helping me get that changed, the process was quick and very helpful, questions were to the point and reactions very good, it was a pleasure dealing with agent RW2

Spoke with Harry HP1 who was very efficient and friendly - 5 stars all the way! He advised that another department would be in touch regarding my changes within 30 minutes. This never happened - no confirmation, no text, no links sent to e-mail. Tried phoning today, but no customer service on Saturdays (although the website says it does). I basically drove about yesterday not knowing if I had insurance or not.......Absolutely woeful customer service!

I had reason to get in contact during to receiving a meter that my Policy was cancelled due to the fact that I had changed my address . Fortunately SM2 put me at ease and investigated and reassured me that my Policy was as normal . Thank goodness for that

ET3 who I dealt with today gave me a better price and was very very patient with me. I think she deserves at least 5 stars. She was very pleasant too and very helpful

AE1. Allen got me a bit of a better price, didn’t budge with fees but patient and friendly nevertheless. *** Be aware - you get 14 day cooling off period but they still want £35 fees for pressing a button. Tip- TURN OFF auto renewal otherwise you will be hit with a charge if you find a better price next time!

Was so easy to do the change over of my car. The live chat who delt with my new policy explained everything in laymen terms and was so much easier than phoning! Thankyou again.

I made an amendment to my policy through the portal, as directed, at the end of which I was advised that I had to use 'live chat ' to complete. I was 18th in the queue but waited until I reached 1st in the queue, a very long wait. Then a message said chat had ended and did I want a transcript........ Eventually, over an hour since I started, I spoke to Jack, a human, who was very helpful and sorted my issue.

We spoke to Liam Haycox today and it was one of the most pleasant calls to a call centre we have had. Liam called back as promised and sorted out the policy.
