Thomas (TD1) was super helpful and sorted my renewal out after my portal renewal was quite frankly, obscene. Customer service is great once you get an agent. Wait times for an agent to chat to are woeful. Dont start a chat without plenty of spare time and a cup of tea.

I spoke to ET3 today she was very helpful she managed to save me money on my renewal of my home insurance. ET3 went into all the details of the policy she is a credit to your company. Would not hesitate to use your company again Thanks ET3
