“TBH I was having a nightmare logging in as my account wouldn't recognise my user name or password.. I couldn't speak with anyone, however after many chats with Adam and then Elliot EF3 a superhero in disguise..!!!! he changed it all for me and I manged to pay on a secure link! “I foolishly left it to a Sunday to confirm I wanted to go ahead with a quote on changing my car so I could not speak to the agent on the phone. It had to be done today as I go on holiday tomorrow and I will not have phone or wifi for a few days. I used the online chat and SK3 helped me to get things finalised without any hassle.
