“SS9 dealt with my request to my satisfaction. A shame there was such a long queue before I could chat. I would prefer a telephone number to call as then I can put it on loudspeaker and get on with other things whilst waiting.”

“I used live chat to update address details on my car insurance policy. Call handler Adam (AR5) was excellent, very helpful, gave me information on amendments to my policy which offer me a great deal, the benefit of fixed fee for three years (peace of mind much appreciated). All of the required detail was explained carefully. I would highly recommend the service and give thanks to Adam (AR5)”
