Asha Kaur (user name AK7) was the most helpful person I have spoken to at One Call. She gave clear and helpful answers to all of my questions and even tried to resolve problems others had created and not dealt with. The call handler I spoke with was extremely knowledgeable and provided excellent assistance. They demonstrated patience and thoroughly addressed all of my questions. Although I was initially concerned that my insurance might be cancelled, they efficiently resolved the issue for me, and I did not experience a long wait time. The callhandler was TJ1
